To assist with this daunting task, we have created an at-a-glance Staff Tracker to allow you track which staff have undertaken training courses and when holidays are due for your staff. The sheet is created in Microsoft Excel format and is easy to edit. You could add your own company logo easily and add or delete staff members as necessary.

 

Whenever a new member of staff joins your team, simply add them to your Staff Tracker, highlight the months they will be working (eg, May-October or Full Time) and start to record the various training courses and their induction once undertaken.
