The only person who should be able to void items at the end of a shift is the manager on duty, for if each staff member has authorisation to void items then the system is open to abuse and possible theft.

Therefore the staff should record all items for voiding onto this sheet, so at the end of the shift/day/week the manager can see what needs to be voided and therefore the till should balance.
